37 keys: 18 studios, 17 suites and 2 royal suites. Bravo drew, sampled, made and packed the furniture. Three containers left for Jeddah, the last in August 2025. The owner handled freight and assembly.

- What does an FF&E supplier do on a hotel project?
- It turns the design into a priced room-by-room list, draws each item, makes or sources it, and packs it for the site. Bravo makes the furniture and joinery in Turkey and sources items such as lamps, rugs and artwork alongside.
- Can we buy ex-factory and handle freight ourselves?
- Yes. On Moonlight Hotel in Jeddah the owner handled freight and assembly. We also quote supply with installation, so you can compare the two.
- Do you build a mock-up room first?

- How does furniture reach Saudi Arabia?
- The importer registers the goods on SABER and gets a Shipment Certificate for each consignment. Regulated products also need a Product Certificate of Conformity. Our sourcing guide sets out the steps.

- What drives hotel FF&E cost per room?
- Hotel type and brand standard first. HVS’s 2026 survey of US budgets shows median FF&E from about US$16,000 per room at limited-service hotels to about US$138,000 at luxury. Its 2023 GCC indication, which also includes operating supplies, runs from US$16,000 per key at midscale to US$86,100 at luxury resorts. HVS says GCC figures depend more on brand standards and procurement contracts than on geography. Scope, freight, duty and VAT then move a quote. These are published figures, not Bravo prices.

- How long does hotel FF&E take?
- Published figures cover stages, not the whole job: 4-6 months for a model room (Cayuga Hospitality Consultants, December 2024), 8-20 weeks to make most contract furniture and joinery (Zigaflow, July 2026), and 6-12 days at sea from Turkey to Jeddah (Turkon schedule, March 2026). These are not Bravo’s lead times. Ask us for dates on your job.
