Twin mock-up room with leather headboards and brass trim

Furniture for brand-standard hotels

A new flag or a property improvement plan means a room that passes inspection. Bravo draws it, builds it and shows you the room.

From drawing to inspected room

Hilton, IHG and Ascott work

A mock-up is a sample room built for the brand or its consultant to inspect. It is not the furnished hotel.

Common questions

Who approves the furniture on a branded hotel?
The brand or its consultant inspects the mock-up room against its standard, for that hotel. Each project gets its own review.
What do you need from us to start?
The brand’s or designer’s design package and the room types. We draw from those, then submit shop drawings and samples for approval.
How long does a mock-up room take?
Charis Atwood of Cayuga Hospitality Consultants puts building, buying and installing model rooms at 4-6 months, early enough to allow changes before large orders. That is one consultant’s published figure, not Bravo’s time on your job.
