Common questions
- How does furniture from Turkey clear Saudi customs?
- The importer registers the goods on SABER and gets a Shipment Certificate for each consignment. Regulated products also need a Product Certificate of Conformity. Our sourcing guide sets out the steps.
- Sourcing routes guide
- How long is the sea leg from Turkey to Jeddah?
- One carrier’s March 2026 schedule shows 6 days from Mersin, 9 from Aliaga, 11 from Izmit and 12 from Istanbul, port to port. Schedules change, so ask a forwarder for current dates.
- FF&E lead times guide
- Can we see a room before ordering the hotel?
- Yes. Bravo builds a mock-up room for the brand or the owner to inspect before the rooms go into production. It has done this for Hilton Dammam Airport, DoubleTree Jeddah and two Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Jeddah.
