Mock-up rooms were reviewed on site in September 2025. Bravo is now under contract for the ground, first and second floors and the roof, and in production.

Wooden furniture for the standard and loft floors of this Ascott apartment hotel. Contract January 2024, shipment and assembly from April to June 2024.

37 keys: 18 studios, 17 suites and 2 royal suites. Bravo drew, sampled, made and packed the furniture. Three containers left for Jeddah, the last in August 2025. The owner handled freight and assembly.

Common questions
- Do you work for owners or for contractors?
- Both. Some jobs are direct with the owner and others run through a fit-out contractor.
- Can you work on a hotel renovation?
- Yes. Tell us which floors stay open and what comes out. We measure on site and draw to what is really there.
- What delays a hotel fit-out?
- A 2023 HVS and Wood Couture report names fire and life safety and FF&E in the early stages as a primary cause of delay on GCC hotel projects. It blames incomplete design briefs, repeated revisions, and programmes not updated for changed lead times.
